Bradley Guernsey, owner of Guernsey Consulting LLC, is a United States Army Veteran with a passion for helping businesses and individuals increase their bottom line and ultimately achieve their business goals each year. He is from the southern Indiana area and received his bachelor’s in accounting from Indiana University.
Prior to completing his degree, Bradley was already in the process of finding ways to improve current processes, increase cash flow, reduce past dues, expedite the closing process and take on new challenges in his first corporate accounting role around 2012 after serving on Active Duty and returning home to Indiana. Since then, he has helped lead many teams in achieving Board of Director goals with multiple companies ranging from $100M to $5B in revenue.
His specialty lies in finding new ways to increase cash into your business based on the current capacity your company has in place, reduce past due and bad debt, minimize expense exposure, facilitate capex goals, and develop strong cash flow planning to increase your bottom line.
